/// The European Short Film Festival of Nice, Un Festival C’est Trop Court! – UFCTC, organized by Heliotrope association, works in the promotion and dissemination of short films and, more generally, in the cultural dynamics of the Alpes-Maritimes
Indeed, each year the Festival highlights another artistic practice. In 2020, comics were in the spotlight, in 2021 the focus is on the still image. The Heliotrope association is thus associated with the L’Image_Satellite Festival, an event dedicated to contemporary photography, organized by Sept off association.
QUARTIER CINÉMA…AND PHOTO
During the Quartier Cinéma, from 8th to 15th October, come and discover our theme through the showcase and exhibitions in the Wilson, Durandy and Marshall districts in order to honour and contemplate the 7th and 8th arts together. You will soon find the programme of the cultural course on our website, including an outdoor projection on October 9th, in Rue Defly.
WITH SALGADO AND BEBERT
Inspired by the theme of the 21st edition of Un Festival C’est Trop Court! on Monday 9th August, as part of “Mon Été à Nice” event, Héliotrope will be on Cours Saleya from 10pm for an outdoor projection in partnership with the Museum of Photography of Nice Charles Nègre.
On the program, 3 films inspired by 2 exhibitions currently underway at the Museum: Déclarations, by Sebastião Salgado and Chasseur d’images, by Charles Bébert.
